What stationery do you provide?

I specialise exclusively in luxury printed and hand calligraphy stationery — designed, crafted, and fully assembled for you. This includes save the dates, invitations, RSVP cards, menus, place cards, table plans, signage, and all those beautiful finishing touches that tie your event together.
Every order is tailored to your style, colour palette, and event vision, ensuring your stationery is not just functional, but also a statement piece.

You can browse examples on my invitations and on-the-day pages, or drop me a note — I’d love to hear your ideas.

Do I have to purchase a complete ‘On the Day’ package?

Not at all — although many couples choose to, as it guarantees a perfectly coordinated look across every element. You can select just the pieces you need, but my role is always to make sure what you choose works together seamlessly.
Whether you want a few carefully selected items, handwritten calligraphy place cards, or a full suite, I’ll guide you through what will have the biggest impact for your venue, theme, and budget. See more about this on the on-the-day page, or complete my enquiry form and I’ll suggest the perfect fit for your day.

How does your service work?

This isn’t just about stationery — it’s about giving you a complete, personalised, stress-free service. I handle everything from design to hand assembly and calligraphy, ensuring your items arrive ready to go, beautifully finished, and ready to impress your guests from the very first glance.
You’re not just getting paper and ink; you’re getting my expertise in design, layout, etiquette, and styling — the little details that elevate your event and take all the worry off your shoulders.

Can I see a sample before ordering?

I don’t offer physical samples, as every design is created bespoke for you. Instead, you’ll receive a full proposal, which includes:

  • A curated mood board to capture your theme and colours.

  • Suggested design concepts tailored to your vision.

  • A clear breakdown of stationery items and finishes.

  • High-quality mockups showing exactly how your pieces will look.

Once you’ve approved the proposal, you’ll also receive detailed digital proofs for each item before production, so you can check wording, layout, and design.

If you’d like to receive a proposal, please complete my enquiry form and I’ll suggest the perfect fit for your day.

Can you help me decide what I need?

Absolutely. Many couples come to me unsure of exactly which items will work best for their day. My job is to guide you — considering your venue, style, guest experience, and budget — to create a stationery plan that delivers the maximum wow factor.
From large items like table plans to delicate handwritten place cards, I’ll suggest the most impactful pieces, the perfect finishing touches, and the right quantities, so you can be confident every detail is covered.

Tell me about your day and I’ll recommend your perfect stationery package.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier, the better — particularly for weddings and events in peak season. For invitations, I recommend booking at least 6–9 months before your event, and for ‘On the Day’ stationery such as menus, signage, and calligraphy place cards, 3–4 months before.
This ensures enough time for concept design, refinements, and meticulous hand assembly.

I can guide you through the full process by enquiring here to check my availability.

What’s included in the price?

When you invest in my stationery, you’re investing in a complete service. This includes:

  • Expert advice on layout, wording, and etiquette.

  • Professional printing on luxury materials.

  • Handcrafted calligraphy where required.

Because my role is to make your stationery one less thing to worry about. I combine years of design experience with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every item is perfectly crafted, assembled, and ready to wow your guests.
From the moment we start, I’ll guide you through every decision — making the process effortless and enjoyable — and deliver stationery that not only reflects your style, but also sets the tone for your entire celebration.
It’s about creating that first impression and those finishing touches — from a beautifully addressed invitation to handwritten place cards — that elevate your day into something truly unforgettable.

If that’s the kind of service you’re looking for, your stationery journey starts here.

Can I just order place cards?

Yes — place cards are one of my most requested items, and you can absolutely order them on their own. They’re a small detail that makes a big impact, helping guests feel welcomed and adding that polished, thoughtful touch to your tablescape.

Each one is created by hand in beautiful calligraphy, making them as unique as your event. You can choose from a range of shapes (classic rectangles, arches, circles, and more), colours to suit your palette, and ink options including metallic gold, silver, and other speciality finishes. For extra detail, I can add elements like hand-torn edges, layering, or ribbon/twine accents.

Your place cards arrive fully finished and ready to set out, so there’s nothing for you to assemble or prepare.
